El secreto de la mujer de 61 años que parece de 30

¿A quién le gustaría verse joven sin importar la edad?

Christie Berkley es una ex súper modelo de 61 años y, si miramos sus fotos, parece que tuviera unos 30 años. La guapa mujer revela sus secretos de juventud en su libro "Timeless Beauty".

¿Qué hace para lucir el cuerpo que tiene a esta edad? Principalmente se centra en su filosofía de vida, que va relacionada con rutinas de ejercicio, alimentación saludable y algunos tratamientos de belleza como el bótox.

Para ella, alimentarse es "llenar mi cuerpo de combustible" y también lo ve así en lo físico, por lo que se mantiene activa con trote, spinning y yoga. No niega pensar en realizarse alguna cirugía estética pero prefiere "opciones no invasivas que se ocupan de la flacidez, las arrugas y la decoloración".

Y el gran consejo que le da a las mujeres es que crean en sí mismas porque la edad no las define: "La actitud juega un papel muy importante en cómo uno se siente".
